Return Policy

All Customers

  1. All products and packaging must be in original condition and fit for resale to be considered for returns.
  2. A minimum 15% restock fee will be placed on customer error orders unless approved otherwise by a manager.
  3. Returned items must be received within 30 days.

Net Term Customers

  1. Non-stock items cannot be returned.
  2. Customers must contact us within 48 hours if there are any errors with their shipment.
  3. We will cover shipping if the return is the result of our error or defective product.
  4. A credit will be issued once the return has been approved.

Cash Sales

  1. Special orders must be pre-paid in full and cannot be returned.
  2. A valid proof of purchase is required to return non-special orders
