Product Description

The Klingspor CS561 Series Fiber Discs are built for removing surface contaminants on metal and for smoothing of mild weld seams.

Build

These ALUMINUM OXIDE discs are perfect for most metal grinding applications where major stock removal is NOT necessary.

Removal of surface contaminants and smoothing of mild weld seams are the CS 561’s forte.

These discs have a maximum RPM of 12,200.

Excellent on most metals!

  • Coated Abrasives: A coated abrasive is an assembly of abrasive grains fixed with an adhesive to a backing material such as resin, rubber, polyester, paper, or cloth.
  • Fiber Discs: Abrasive discs that are heavy-duty and durable due to the vulcanized fiber backing that is coated with resins. These discs need to be used with a rubber backing for support.
